Phuoc Trung B Elementary School is located in Phuoc Trung, Bac Ai town, Ninh Thuan (Central Vietnam). Bac Ai is a small town, 381 km from Saigon, populated mostly by ethnic minorities and its economy relies mostly on agriculture.
There are 113 students currently enrolled, 53% from low income families, and 98% are ethnic minorities. The school has an existing library but as inadequate books supply for students. Most students have to walk 4km (~2.5 miles) to commute and have to go home for lunch break. The school is also plagued with high percentage of dropout. The school wants to create a friendly learning environment and provide a wide range of activities to keep students in school after lunch break.

- Book and library furnitures (table, chairs, bookshelves)
- Building playground
- In the future, as resources allow, we would like to provide lunch as well to keep students in school and alleviate back and forth commute
