March 25 – 27, 2016 Binh Thuan | Lam Dong
This year, our team of 20 volunteers, will be visiting Binh Thuan & Lam Dong where we recently commenced our library program during the last quarter of 2015. Some of us are traveling to Vietnam for the first time, while others are living in Vietnam but have yet embraced in such mission and would like to live up this lifetime rewarding experience.
Mission Objectives
- Organize Reading Festival Day at schools in Lam Dong & Binh Thuan where our library program has recently been implemented. The event will be filled with interactive activities that promote students’ engagement in reading and learning through storytelling books.
- Deliver school supplies, such as uniforms and sandals to nearly 400 students.
- Be on sites to witness completed projects and listen to testimonials from families that our charity has worked on in the past year.
- Explore different cultures experiences while having fun doing a good cause.
- Promote awareness and become an advocate to help the under-served communities in Vietnam.
