There are 449 students, 15% from low income families. School is located far from downtown of An Hoa commune. School has no computer classroom, school would like to provide students with classes on computer safety. School has no clean drinking water so students must bring water from home. School has an existing library but inadequate books.

An Hoa C Elementary School is located in An Hoa, Chau Thanh district, An Giang (Mekong Delta, Southern Vietnam). An Giang is 230km Southwest from Saigon.
