About Nguyen Ba Ngoc School:
Location: Aruung Village, Bhalee Commune, Tay Giang – Quang Nam
Nguyen Ba Ngoc Middle School is home to over 314 students from grades 6 to 9. It’s a semi-residential school where students live and stay throughout weekdays. They visit their homes and families on weekends which can be as far as 3 – 4 hrs away. The residential school system is mostly found in remote mountainous regions of Vietnam where public transportation is limited or nearly nonexistence and seasonal food conditions make it even more difficult to travel.
Together with our project champion, BeCause team is very excited to lend a hand in establishing a library at the school, which will allow students to access more reading materials, and an enhanced leisure experience while living at the school.
What we will support:
- New reading room furniture and bookshelves
- Additional reading materials including academic reference books and leisure reading books
- Computer
