Thoai was born in Vietnam. Thoai came to the USA in 1990 with his mom and sister to reunite with his father. He never saw his dad until he was 12. He always felt something was missing. He was raised in Las Vegas, then headed to college in Northern California. There he met many good friends that he still keep in touch until today. Once he finished college, he moved back to Las Vegas and stay there since. In 2013, Thoai traveled to Vietnam with his sister and friends to hang out, but he accidentally went on the charity trip with them. This charity mission awaken Thoai. He saw many unfortunate children, some were poor, some were abandoned, some were disabled. Since then, Thoai realized how blessed he was and he wanted to do more to help the less fortunate kids.
